Placida Rotary donates $500 of their proceeds to
Project Graduation at Lemon Bay High School

Fashions were quite varied

with

with lots of new tropical designs

and some old fashioned tie dyed designs

and some old fashioned pirate designer jewelry

and some new pirate designer jewelry :)

While others were more into hats

Englewood Animal Rescue Sanctuary EARS is always looking for donations. Their No-Kill policy means animals are never put to sleep unless they are suffering or are a threat to humans

Peppermint Patti	was painting faces	and looking very... peppermint

Sunset Junque Shop had some of the most unique items at the market. These old masks and head dresses are from all over the planet. Here he demonstrates how this would be worn with grass or straw to cover the face.

Placida Rotary Members make the nautical flea market a success

Jack Mosley and his band started singing at noon on Sunday
with some really great tropical classics and original island songs
that kept the party alive

Was lovin it !

A few last portraits towards the end of the day.
The sunset light shining through this blonde hair and
the creamy goodness of that light green Italian Ice
from "That's An Ice" made me take this picture :)

Mothers and daughters enjoying a warm sunny day at the festival

And this was the only Pirate I saw that actually came with a Parrot
for the Placida Rotary Pirates & Parrots Celebration

And he was just as friendly as a bird can be
as he perched high on my own forearm for a close-up
