You knew there was something different going on at the Englewood Art Center the
moment you arrived as you were greeted by these great scarecrows at the door.
I guess the object was to keep the crows out.

I arrived early to take some "before pictures", and found
them preparing the Sweet Bar with decorations and sweets

The silent auction was ready to go, with gifts and gift certificates from
artists and businesses from all over the Englewood Community

And some extra credit for the decorators

Then I made a stop at the gift shop to introduce myself and took a quick portrait of myself
leaning against these very refined "country style" tables made from bales of fresh hay.

And I found these wonderful "Words of Wisdom" all about the place
that I thought was a nice touch.
